Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hairdryer comprising a cold/hot air generating unit, a handle unit for holding the cold/hot air generating unit, and a drying unit which has an outlet port for discharging hot or cold air generated by the cold/hot air generating unit to dry hair. The cold/hot air generating unit comprises: a cylindrical heat-generating body with an open top and an open bottom; a module-fixing plate which is arranged at the internal center of the heat-generating body, and which has a module hole formed at the center thereof; a thermoelectric module installed in the module hole of the module-fixing plate to generate heat; a first heat conduction plate and a second heat conduction plate tightly fastened to the sides of the module-fixing plate and of the thermoelectric module, respectively; a plurality of first suction holes penetrating through the outer surface of the heat-generating body in which the first heat conduction plate is arranged; a plurality of second suction holes penetrating through the outer surface of the heat-generating body in which the second heat conduction plate is arranged; a rotary shaft which penetrates through the centers of the thermoelectric module, first heat conduction plate, and second heat conduction plate, and on both ends of which a first fan and a second fan are installed to provide air in different directions; a motor coupled to one end of the rotary shaft so as to rotate the rotary shaft; a cylindrical motor-fixing unit for fixing the motor in the heat-generating body; a control unit which is coupled onto the motor-fixing unit, and which has a switch for controlling operating signals for the cold/hot air generating unit; and an adjustment switch exposing unit, which penetrates through the outer surfaces of the heat-generating body and of the handle unit so as to expose the control unit to the outside.
