Abstract:
A multifunctional high-temperature mechanical arm comprises: a housing, and a rotation driving device mounted on the housing, wherein an output shaft of the rotation driving device is connected to a main rotary shaft (2). The mechanical arm further comprises a rotary slag picking mechanism for picking up slag in a rotating enclosed manner. The rotary slag picking mechanism comprises a fixed slag plate (5) connected to the housing during slag picking and a rotary slag plate (7) connected to the main rotary shaft (2) during slag picking; and a stirring block (8) connected to the main rotary shaft (2) during stirring. The rotary slag picking mechanism or the stirring block (8) is selectively mounted on the device according to on-site requirements, and the rotary slag picking mechanism and the stirring block (8) share one rotation driving mechanism, thereby picking slag from molten iron and cooling the molten iron mechanically, reducing work load, and improving cooling speed and productivity, while lowering safety risks, equipment costs, and the footprint of the mechanical arm. The invention has a simple structure, allows easy replacement, and is highly adaptable.
