Abstract:
Disclosed is a multifunctional kitchen knife. The present invention includes: a body (10) in which a lead-in part (11) is formed through the inner side thereof so that a finger is led in in the longitudinal direction, in which a first cutting blade (12) is formed to have a wave shape along the longitudinal direction at the upper end thereof so that hard food materials such as frozen materials or a meat bones can be cut, meat can be chopped, or laver rice or bread can be cut, in which a second cutting blade (13) is formed along the longitudinal direction at the lower end thereof so that soft materials such as vegetables can be cut, and in which a handle (14) extends to the rear side thereof; a wrap cutting blade part (20) which is provided with the first cutting blade (12), a first diagonal cutting blade (21) that extends, and a second diagonal cutting blade (22) that extends from the first cutting blade (21) and which is formed to be gradually narrow toward the inner side direction of the body (10) from the front side of the body (10); a fixing tool (30) which has an insertion part (31) formed on the inner side so that the handle (14) extending to the rear side of the body (10) is inserted therein; and a grip (40) which has a coupling hole (41) formed along the longitudinal direction on the inner side so that the outer part of the fixing tool (30) is led therein and coupled thereto. According to the present invention, a single kitchen knife is used to cut and trim various types of food materials, and thus multiple kitchen appliances do not have to be disposed in a narrow kitchen space, and space utilization efficiency is improved in the kitchen space.
