A multifunctional massage insole, comprising an insole. The insole comprises massage bodies (1) and connecting bodies (2). The insole is an integrated mesh structure formed by connecting the plurality of massage bodies (1) by means of the connecting bodies (2). Edge massage bodies (12) are evenly provided around the edge of the insole, and middle massage bodies (11) are provided in the middle of the insole. The middle massage bodies (11) are connected in a crossed manner, and consist of the massage bodies (11) in the middle and connecting bodies (2) connected thereto from four directions. The edge massage bodies (12) are connected in a trinacriform manner, and consist of the massage bodies (1) on the edge and connecting bodies (2) connected thereto from three directions. Adjacent edge massage bodies (12) share one connecting body (2). Each edge massage body (12) and the middle massage body (11) adjacent thereto share one connecting body (2). Adjacent middle massage bodies (11) share one connecting body (2). The multifunctional massage insole can solve the technical problem that existing massage insoles have poor sweat absorption and odor elimination effects and would be relatively large or small.
