Abstract:
A multifunctional novel condiment device and catering equipment. A multifunctional novel condiment device (100) comprises a condiment cabinet (10), a condiment containing section (11), a fruit containing section (12), a disinfection section (13), and a freshness preservation section (14). The condiment cabinet (10) is provided with a first horizontal plate (106) configured to divide the condiment cabinet (10) into an upper chamber (21) and a lower chamber (22). The condiment containing section (11) and the fruit containing section (12) are both disposed in the upper chamber (21), and the disinfection section (13) and the freshness preservation section (14) are both disposed in the lower chamber (22). The multifunctional novel condiment device (100) has a simple structure and various functions, can simultaneously fulfill the function of supplying condiments and fruit and the function of disinfection and freshness preservation, and has a high space utilization rate. The catering equipment comprising the multifunctional novel condiment device (100) has a reduced area footprint and is convenient to use.
