Abstract:
The present application relates to a multifunctional nucleic acid structure for target gene modulation and uses thereof, wherein a structure according to one example is capable of both effectively reducing the expression of a first target gene, as well as additionally modulating selective splicing, degrading mRNA of a second target gene, and/or inhibiting miRNA action.
