Field of the Invention

The invention relates to packages made of various materials used for transporting, protecting, storing and putting on the market any type of food, cosmetics, cleaning and non-food products during delivery to the customer (user).

Prior Art

In the known state of art, pacakage is the products made of any kind of material used for transporting, protecting, storing and putting on the market of the products during delivery to the consumer (user).

Today, packages are not used twice and they are thrown away after the products therein are used. Besides, while the product in the package is comsumed, package can not be used for an another purpose.

In the American patent document coded US5636732A in the present art, a package for chewing gum is disclosed. In the said package, there is a lid to put out the chewing gums. In the open end of the package there is a lid and a frame which surrounds the said open end. The frame has two windows. A pair of lid for windows are axially mounted to the frame.

In the national utility model document coded 2019/03635 in the present art, confectionery box package is disclosed. Package relates to a confectionery box package which can be used for packaging of the products such as dragee, confectionery, drug, bead in the box sector wherein this package is composed of a main body, upper lid positioned on the upper part of the main body and lower lid positioned on the lower part of the main body. The package in the related utility model document is designed to better protect the food therein.

In the present art, stands are used for ensuring that electronic books, tablet computers and mobile phones are kept in a comfortable view point and are used in this way. Said stands are made of materials such as wooden, steel, plastic, etc. Stands are generally sold as an external product. Today, there are stands or supporting products designed in various forms. The stand should be carried to the place which is desired to be used separately. The use thereof is not practical.

In the national utility model document coded TR2017/00833 in the present art, desktop phone and tablet holder is disclosed. Said document relates to a desktop phone and tablet holder which can be used in places such as restaurant, cafe, bar, hotel, holiday village, internet cafe, meeting hall, etc., wherein this holder is composed of a body with a channel that allows the phone or tablet to stand stably by positioning therof, a layer formed in such a way to cover all of the surfaces of the body, ad area positioned on the upper surface of the body in such a way to be associated with the layer and a nametag positioned on the front surface of the body.

Packages in the present art are only used until the food or non-food products therein are consumed. After the food or non-food product is consumed, package is not used and thrown away. Today, it is known that cost of the some of the packages is even higher than the product therein. Also the packages made of plastic-derived raw materials pollute the environment if they are not reused or recyled. In the present art, packages used for food or non-food products, are not used for other purposes except for its feature of being package. Purpose of the Invention

The object of the invention is to obtain a multifunctional package which serves as a stand by ensuring that devices such as electronic book, tablet comuter, mobile phone etc. stand in a comfortable view point and stably used.

The package developed to achieve said objects comprises reservoir (11), lid (12), lower part (13), front part (14), side part (15), rear part (16) and channel (17).

Detailed Description of the Invention

The invention relates to packages (10) made of various materials used for transporting, protecting, storing and putting on the market any type of food, cosmetics, cleaning and non-food products during delivery to the customer (user). The package (10) of the present invention comprises reservoir (11), lid (12), lower part (13), front part (14), side part (15), rear part (16) and channel (17). In the alternative embodiments of the invention it may comprise more than one lid (12) and/or reservoir (11). Package (10) has a collapsible lid (12). By means of the lid (12), reservoir

(11) provides that the product therein is used comfortably and preserved. In alternative embodiments of the invention, as well as using more than one lid (12), instead of the lid (12) different closure techniques fulfilling the same duty can be used. The lid (12) in the package (10) of the present invention can be produces together with the body during production, and said lid (12) and bod part can be produced separatly and then combined.

Channel (17) is located in the any outer part of the reservoir (11) of the package (10). Channel (17) ensures that devices such as electronik book, tablet computer, mobile phone, etc. stand in a comfortable view point and stably used, and allows the package (10) to be used as stand. The width of the said channel (17) can be of different sizes to enable that different devices can be used. The distance determined for the chanel (17) interval in the preferred embodiment of the invention is suitable for almost all of the devices. Said distance can vary between 4 mm and 20 mm.

The package (10) comprising a reservoir (11) into which various food or various non-food products such as confectionery, chewing gum, tooth pick, perfume, can be produced with the plastic injection method. Manufacturing of the package (10) of the present invention can also be realized with 3D printers, methods such as extrusion etc. Said package (10) can be made of plastic as well as it can be produced from materials such as metal, glass etc.

The channel (17) placed on the package (10) can be located in any parts of said package (10). However, in the preffered embodiment of the invention, in order to benefit from the reservoir (11) more efficiently and enable package (10) used as a stable stand, it is positioned close to the lower and upper side.

Channel (17) placed on the package (10) of the invention located in the front part (14) of the said package (10). In the different embodiments of the invetion, it may be also located in the rear part (16) and side part (15) of the package (10).

Channel (17) placed on the front part (14) of the package (10) has angle value of“«” for the device (13) to be used to provide comfortable view. When any one of the edges of the device used placed to the channel (17), a comfortable use is provided due to the angled structure of the channel (17). Said angle “a” is 18°. In the alternative embodiments of the invention, angle “a” can range from 0° to 90°. For package (10) to serve as stand in a more strong and stable way, more than one package (10) can be used side by side. In the said embodiment, the device contacts with the floor directly. In this way, it is provided that the device is kept clean.

The invention can be also applied to the packages (10) having front part (14) and side part (15) as well as to the packages (10) in square, oval and round form. The lower part (13) is located in the lower part of the reservoir (11). The device (phone, tablet, etc.) is positioned in a horizontal or perpendicular way after being placed into the channel (17). After the device is positioned into the channel (17), the lower part (13) of the package (10) right in front of the screen attracts the attention of the user. In this way, said lower part (13) used as a efficient ad area. In this way, the package (10) both serves as stand and can be used for promotion purpose.
