A pillow for repairing and maintaining cervical vertebra in accordance with physiological curve of people of different figures comprises a pillow body (100) filled with filler, a concave head pillow area (101) provided in the middle section of the pillow body (100). A front neck pillow area (102) and a rear neck pillow area (103) are formed from high to low on the front and rear sides of the head pillow area (101). A left pillow area (104) and a right pillow area (105) with the same height are formed on the left and right sides of the head pillow area (101), and are symmetrically provided with a concave ear circulation silencing channel (106), respectively. Height adjusting bags (107) are provided in the front neck pillow area (102), the back neck pillow area (103), the left pillow area (104) and the right pillow area (105), respectively. Not only the cervical vertebra can be repaired and maintained, with the fatigue thereof being relieved, but also the brain blood supply and sleep quality can be improved by using the pillow.
