Abstract:
Disclosed is a multifunctional pinching and leveling machine, comprising an upper machine frame (1) and a lower machine frame (2), wherein a discharge end of the upper machine frame is hingedly connected to a discharge end of the lower machine frame via a connecting shaft (3); an upper rubber roller (4) is arranged at a feed end of the upper machine frame, and a lower rubber roller (5) matching the upper rubber roller is arranged at a feed end of the lower machine frame; front guiding grooves (6) are formed on two sides of the feed end of the lower machine frame respectively, and front sliding blocks (7) are connected to the two ends of the lower rubber roller respectively and located in the front guiding grooves; front oil cylinders (8) for driving the front sliding blocks to move up and down are arranged at the lower ends of the front sliding blocks, a lower straightening roller (9) is arranged in the middle of the lower machine frame, and an upper straightening roller (10) is arranged in the middle of the upper machine frame; and connecting seats (17) are respectively provided on two sides the upper machine frame and the lower machine frame, and the connecting seats on the same side are hingedly connected via an oil cylinder (18). The leveling machine is of a simple structure, the upper machine frame can be rapidly opened, the feeding is facilitated, and the strip passage efficiency is improved. By using the straightening rollers capable of moving up and down, the pressure applied to steel plates can be adjusted, and the internal stresses of the steel plates are evenly distributed, so that the product quality is guaranteed, and the service life is prolonged.
