Disclosed is a multifunctional primary-secondary pillow, relating to the technical field of bedding articles. The multifunctional primary-secondary pillow comprises a base (1); a functional pillow (2) which is detachably mounted on the base (1); and a dismounting and mounting assembly (3) which is used for connecting the base (1) and the functional pillow (2). The technical solution has the advantages of diversified functions, being convenient to dismount and mount, a stable structure and flexible usage.
