Abstract:
A multifunctional pump capable of preventing sand sticking. A pump body base (2) is arranged in a lower portion of a pump body housing (1); and a liquid mixture intake frame structure (4) comprises a vertical main pipeline (41), an inclined filter screen (42), a separation elbow (43), a liquid return pipeline (44) and a fixed flange plate (45), wherein the inclined filter screen (42) is welded to an upper portion of an inner side of the vertical main pipeline (41); the separation elbow (43) is welded to an upper portion of a right side of the vertical main pipeline (41); the liquid return pipeline (44) is arranged at a front end of the vertical main pipeline (41); and the fixed flange plate (45) is welded to a lower right portion of a rear end of the liquid return pipeline (44). The arrangement of the vertical main pipeline and the inclined filter screen in the pump is conducive to separating gravel from petroleum during a slurry guide process, thereby preventing the gravel from blockage on the inner side of the vertical main pipeline.
