Abstract:
A multifunctional rotary-arm mouth gag, comprising a three-sided fixing frame (1) made of a metal material, and a tongue-depressing component (2) hinged to an opening of the three-sided fixing frame by means of a rotary arm (4), wherein several adjustment holes (3) distributed side by side are respectively provided in two side walls of the three-sided fixing frame in the lengthwise direction of the two side walls; and two ends of the rotary arm are respectively connected to the adjustment holes in the two side walls of the three-sided fixing frame. The tongue-depressing component is hinged to the three-sided fixing frame, so as to adjust different plane angles and force of a tongue depressor according to requirements, and to better expose the deeper part of the oral cavity and the throat. By providing a plurality of adjustment holes in the two side walls of the three-sided fixing frame, the mounting position of the rotary arm can be adjusted according to requirements, and the use flexibility of the mouth gag is thus improved. In addition to it being possible to use the mouth gag in conventional oral and oropharyngeal surgeries, the mouth gag can also be used in hypopharynx-larynx endoscopic surgeries and robot-assisted pharyngeal surgeries, and used in anterior cervical clearance surgeries that need to take a transoral route, and thus, the multi-purpose function of the present invention is achieved.
