Abstract:
A multifunctional smart smokeless oven using charcoal fire as energy and capable of adjusting flavors. A pot can be disposed on the oven for braising, boiling, frying in shallow oil, frying in deep oil and stir-frying, meanwhile, food can be strung and put into the oven and barbecued, and the two functions can be simultaneously executed. When the oven is used in barbecuing, a skewer can revolve and rotate relative to charcoal fire, and a thermoelectric power generation plate (3-2) is mounted inside for power generation. In combination with a smart barbecuing skewer, a prompt is given when food is totally cooked. In combination with a string-free wrapping-type barbecuing skewer, a variety of materials can be barbecued.
