Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional strip treatment system, and a method for using same. The system comprises a strip uncoiling apparatus, a heat treatment furnace, a pickling apparatus, and a strip coiling apparatus which are sequentially arranged and connected in a strip running direction; the pickling apparatus comprises a pickling section; the pickling section comprises at least one set of pickling tanks; at least some pickling tanks are provided with mixed acid solution circulation units and hydrochloric acid circulation units; and the mixed acid solution circulation units and the hydrochloric acid circulation units are all provided with control valve groups for controlling whether the circulation units are communicated with the pickling tanks. The pickling tanks of the pickling section are provided with the mixed acid solution circulation units and the hydrochloric acid circulation units; the mixed acid solution circulation units can supply a mixed acid pickling solution to the pickling tanks, such that the pickling section can be used for pickling a titanium material; and the hydrochloric acid circulation units can supply a hydrochloric acid pickling solution to the pickling tanks, such that the pickling section can be used for pickling silicon steel. Therefore, the strip treatment system can satisfy the process requirements of normalized pickling of the silicon steel and continuous annealing and pickling of the titanium material, and has high process flexibility and wide applicability.
