Abstract:
Provided is a multi-functional thrombus removal apparatus, which comprises: a thrombectomy stent (12), a suction catheter, and a plugging assembly. The thrombectomy stent (12) is of a self-expansion type stent structure; the proximal end of the thrombectomy stent (12) is connected to the suction catheter, the distal end of the suction catheter is provided with a suction port (1321), the suction port (1321) is located in the thrombectomy stent (12), and the suction catheter is used for suctioning thrombus collected by the thrombectomy stent (12) in an expanded state by means of the suction port (1321); a perfusion tube section (133) is further formed at the distal end of the suction catheter, and the perfusion tube section (133) is located at the proximal end side of the thrombectomy stent (12); the plugging assembly can enter the perfusion tube section (133) and block the distal end of the perfusion tube section (133) for the suction catheter to perfuse a thrombolytic drug by means of the perfusion tube section (133).
