Abstract:
The present invention discloses a multilayer automatic sandpaper processing line, comprising: a sandpaper loading rack, a process deviation correction device, a feeding device, a cutting machine, and a waste material winder. Sandpaper is loaded via the sandpaper loading rack, then enters the process deviation correction device and passes through the feeding device to be cut by the cutting machine, and finally a removed part of the sandpaper is wound for disposal via the waste material winder. The process deviation correction device comprises a rack, wherein a plurality of layers of deviation-correction mechanisms are vertically distributed on the rack. The deviation-correction mechanism comprises a photoelectric deviation-correction sensor, a feeder roller, a securing clip, a movable clip, and a discharge roller. In the present invention, the process deviation correction device is provided to perform deviation correction during the feeding of sandpaper. The process deviation correction device examines an edge of the sandpaper by means of the photoelectric deviation-correction sensor and sends a feedback signal to a controller in real time. The controller then controls the deviation-correction servo actuator to control the leftward and rightward movements of the movable clip in real time, and the movable clip, during the leftward and rightward movements, can still engage in material-feeding as the sandpaper moves forward. The present invention can achieve precise deviation correction in the sandpaper feeding process.
