Abstract:
Disclosed is a multilayer bagged spring string, the manufacturing device comprising a spring guiding box (21), a compression rod component (22) and a push rod component (23). Conveying channels are formed in the spring guiding box (21), the compression rod component (22) acts to push at least two springs in a first direction into the corresponding conveying channels in the spring guiding box (21) and cause the springs compressed in a stepped interlaced state. The push rod component (23) acts to align the respective springs in the respective conveying channels on the same straight line, and push the respective springs in a second direction, away from the spring guiding box (21) and into accommodating cavities formed by fabric. Then sweat soldering is conducted in the accommodating cavities formed by the fabric, to form the multilayer bagged spring strings, which are then integrally-formed to obtain a multilayer bagged spring bed net. The structure of traditional multilayer spring bed net is discarded, bonding with a large amount of glue is not required, the production efficiency is effectively improved, and production cost saved. Also disclosed is a device and method for manufacturing the spring string.
