Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a multilayer capacitor having a low ESL, wherein an internal ground electrode forms a current path to a ground terminal. [Solution] A multilayer capacitor which is provided with: a first internal ground electrode (2) which comprises a first ground electrode (2a) having a lead-out part (2aa) to a lateral surface (1b) of a laminate (1) and a second ground electrode (2b) having a lead-out part (2ba) to a lateral surface (1c); a second internal ground electrode (3) which comprises a third ground electrode (3a) that overlaps the first ground electrode (2a) and has a lead-out part (3aa) to the lateral surface (1c) and a fourth ground electrode (3b) that overlaps the second ground electrode (2b) and has a lead-out part (3ba) to the lateral surface (1b); and an internal signal electrode (4) which is arranged between the first and second internal ground electrodes (2, 3). Among the corners on the sides of the first and second ground electrodes (2a, 2b) adjacent to each other and the corners on the sides of the third and fourth ground electrodes (3a, 3b) adjacent to each other, corners (2ab-3bb), which are positioned on the sides that are opposite to the sides where the lead-out parts are positioned when viewed from the lamination direction, are curved.
