Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of composite fabrics, and in particular relates to a multilayer composite fabric and a manufacturing method therefor. According to the present invention, an inner-side conductive layer, a middle bonding layer, a reinforcing layer, an outer-side bonding layer and an outer-side waterproof layer are sequentially arranged from the inside out, such that the waterproof conductive composite fabric has an effective use effect. In addition, the object of effectively curing the middle bonding layer and the outer-side bonding layer is achieved by using a mode of an electric heating device comprising an inverted U-shaped heat preservation plate, a mounting groove plate unit, a mounting column body unit and an electric heater. The present invention has the advantages that the waterproof conductive composite fabric has a high structural strength, a high pulling resistance and a high bonding strength, and is not prone to breakage and layering after long-term use; and the electric heating device further has the beneficial effects that the electric heater is convenient and fast to assemble and disassemble, has a high stability during mounting, is simple and convenient to adjust in height position and is not prone to accidental falling off of same, and has a desirable overall effect in terms of of heating and use.
