Abstract:
A multilayer electromagnetic steel sheet which achieves both low high-frequency iron loss and high magnetic flux density is provided. In this multilayer electromagnetic steel sheet comprising an inner layer and surface layer provided on both sides of the inner layer, the Si content of the surface layers is 2.5-6.0 mass%, the Si content of the inner layer is 1.5-5.0 mass%, the difference ΔSi in Si content between the surface layers and the inner layer is greater than or equal to 0.5 mass%, the absolute value ΔAl of the difference in Al content between the surface layers and the inner layer is less than or equal to 0.05 mass%, the absolute value Δλ1.0/400 of the difference in magnetostriction of the surface layers and the magnetostriction of the inner layer is less thanor equal to 1.0×10-6, the sheet thickness t of the multilayer electromagnetic sheet is 0.03-0.3 mm, and the ratio of the total thickness t1 of the surface layers to t is 0.10-0.70.
