Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a multilayer gauze fabric, which is composed of a single type of yarn and for which the patterns on the front side and the back side can be designed at will; and a production method therefor. A multilayer gauze fabric, which has multiple gauze structures in which two layers that are formed of a plain weave of multiple weft yarns and multiple warp yarns are layered, is characterized in that: the fabric is provided with dual-layered fabric sections tying together the multiple gauze structures; and the multiple weft yarns and multiple warp yarns comprise multiple sets of colored yarns and multiple sets of achromatic yarns that are arbitrarily woven up or down from between the gauze structure layers and arranged roughly parallel to each other.
