Abstract:
The present invention provides: a novel multilayer hose which has excellent wear resistance, while achieving a good balance between flexibility and durability; and a novel method for producing a multilayer hose, by which the above-described multilayer hose is able to be easily obtained. A multilayer hose (1A) according to the present invention is obtained by concentrically stacking a plurality of cylindrical layers. This multilayer hose (1A) comprises at least an inner layer (11) that contains a rubber and an outer layer (10) that contains a rubber. An outer surface (10f) of the outer layer (10) is provided with an organic fiber structure layer 20. This multilayer hose (1A) is able to be produced by arranging an organic fiber structure (20A) on the outer surface (10f) of an unvulcanized rubber, and subsequently vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber.
