Abstract:
A multilayer metal welding device and a welding method thereofor the multilayer metal welding device comprising a frame, an electric actuator group, a pressure following mechanism, a stretching mechanism, a mechanical arm assembly, a welding assembly, a power source assembly (3) and a workpiece (62). The power source assembly (3) further comprises a human-machine interface (124), an execution assembly (125), a controller (128), a welding power source (126) and a driver (127). The welding power source (126) comprises a screen grid circuit (154), a welding circuit group (155) and a supplementation and correction circuit group (156). Main circuits of the screen grid circuit (154), the welding circuit group (155) and the supplementation and correction circuit group (156) are connected in parallel and then are connected to the positive electrode (55) of a power source, the negative electrode (64) of the power source and a normally closed contact of a ZK1 in a relay (135) respectively. A trigger (136) of a triggering circuit is correspondingly connected to a transistor controller (131) and a silicon controlled rectifier (137) respectively. The screen grid circuit (154), the welding circuit group (155) and the supplementation and correction circuit group (156) employ a parallel circuit structure and a tree discharge mode. The present multilayer metal welding device has the advantages of having a small volume, being light weight, having powerful functions, being highly efficient, being low cost, having a compact structure, and having a stable physical performance and chemical performance for a welding nugget.
