Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multilayer polyethylene (PE) film for replacing a soft PVC film to be used in a protective film and, more specifically, to a multilayer PE film capable of overcoming a disadvantage of PVC while having, as is, physical properties (softness and tensile strength) of a soft PVC film, which is mainly used in a protective film to be adhered to a product to be adhered (iron sheet) in order to protect the product, to be adhered, from indentations, scratches and the like, when processing an iron sheet. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the multilayer PE film for replacing a soft PVC film to be used in a protective film comprises: a PE mixture layer (10) in which a pigment, a UV stabilizer and a flame retardant are mixed as additives in a PE resin; and a low density polyethylene (LDPE) layer (20) not comprising the additives so as to prevent the additives in the PE mixture layer from being injected into an adhesive layer, wherein the PE mixture layer (10) comprises 50-80 parts by weight of an LDPE resin, 5-15 parts by weight of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, 5-15 parts by weight of a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin, 2-15 parts by weight of a pigment masterbatch (M.B.), 2-10 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer M.B. and 10-40 parts by weight of a flame retardant M.B.
