Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multilayer roll forming sheet for heat protection, which is prepared as an interposer by adhering at least two metal sheets formed, and a manufacturing method therefor. In the multilayer roll forming sheet for heat protection, a first projection of a bilaterally symmetrical structure is formed by expanding the top end outward on both sides, and a second projection and a third projection are formed on both sides of the first projection by extending the top end in an upward diagonal direction and stretching outward, thereby interposing each of the metal sheets to each other. As the multilayer roll forming sheet consists of a light, thin plate and has unique shape projections that serve to prevent each metal sheet being detached and then separated in both horizontal and vertical directions such that a firm shape can be retained during a forming process and the formed shape may act flexibly in the diagonal direction. As such, the sheet can be subjected to a variety of press forming processes so as to present excellent formability during a post-process and secures a plurality of spaces to block heat and noise in multiple ways, thereby substantially improving the heat and sound insulation efficiency.
