Title:
MULTILAYER WEAVE FOR NONWOVEN FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/085335
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a multilayer weave for nonwoven fabric in which an upper surface weave comprising upper-surface warp yarns (1Ub, 2U, 3Ub, 4U) and upper-surface weft yarns (1'U, 2'U, 3'U, 4'U) and a lower surface weave comprising lower-surface warp yarns (1Lb, 2L, 3Lb, 4L) and lower-surface weft yarns (1'L, 2'L, 3'L, 4'L) are joined together by warp-yarn joining yarns (1Ub, 1Lb, 3Ub, 3Lb). Furthermore, the upper-surface weft yarns include first upper-surface weft yarns (2'U, 4'U) over which only the warp-yarn joining yarns (1Ub, 1Lb, 3Ub, 3Lb) pass and second upper-surface weft yarns (1'U, 3'U) over which only the upper-surface warp yarns (2U, 4U) pass. The difference between the height h1 of a first knuckle with the warp-yarn joining yarns and the height h2 of a second knuckle with the upper-surface warp yarns is in the range of 30 to 200 μm.
