Abstract:
Multilayered ceramic electronic parts having a multilayer structure which includes
a layer of a ferrite ceramic and in which the ferrite ceramic contains bismuth
as a sintering aid are apt to suffer abnormal film deposition when the surface
conductor film is subjected to electroplating. A base layer (2) is constituted of
a ferrite ceramic which contains bismuth, while surface layers (3, 4) disposed respectively
on the main surfaces of the base layer (2) have a composition containing substantially
no bismuth. The zinc contents in the surface layers (3, 4) are higher than the
zinc content in the base layer (2). Thus, satisfactory suitability for sintering
is imparted to the surface layers (3, 4) although the layers do not contain bismuth.
