Provided is a multilayered coating film comprising a photoluminescent layer containing a photoluminescent material and a black-based coloring material formed directly or indirectly on a surface of an object to be coated, and a coloring layer put on the photoluminescent layer, containing a red-based coloring material, and having translucency. The slope of the tangent at 620 nm of the absolute spectral transmittance spectrum of the coloring layer obtained by dividing the spectral reflection factor measured at a light incidence angle of 45° and a light reception angle of 15° with the coloring layer on the photoluminescent layer by the spectral reflection factor measured at a light incidence angle of 45° and a light reception angle of 15° with the surface of the photoluminescent layer exposed through removal of the coloring layer is 0.02 nm-1 to 0.06 nm-1 inclusive.
