Abstract:
The present invention is a multilayered container provided with an intermediate layer containing a resin composition (B) obtained by compounding a carboxyl compound (b) with a resin composition (A), the resin composition (A) containing at least a resin (a) that has hydroxyl groups, the α-carbons in the carboxyl compound (b) being quaternary α-carbons, and the carboxyl groups in the carboxyl compound (b) not forming a metal salt, wherein a multilayered container having exceptional elution resistance and flavor properties even when subjected to retort sterilization can be provided by keeping the ratio (COOH/OH) of the carboxyl group content of the carboxyl compound (b) to the hydroxyl group content of the resin (a) in the resin composition (A) at or below 0.4.
