Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multilayered optical core wire storage chest configured to contain optical core wires and ensure easy connection between the optical core wires and optical jumper cords and easy arrangement and classification of the optical core wires. A multilayered optical core wire storage chest according to the present invention comprises: a chest body comprising a body unit having a containing space and an upper opening and an opening/closing cover rotatably coupled to the body unit to open/close the upper opening of the body unit; and a core wire support unit installed on the body unit to contain and connect optical core wires of optical cables extending into the chest body, the core wire support unit comprising a support plate mounted on the body unit, a cord support unit formed on the support plate to support optical jumper cords for connection of optical core wires, and first and second slack containing units formed on both sides of the cord support unit to support slacks of the optical core wires and the optical jumper cords. The first and second slack containing units have a plurality of first and second containing members for separately containing a plurality of optical core wires and optical jumper cords according to the type.
