Abstract:
A multilevel insulation protection system for a live working robot, comprising an insulated bucket truck (1), a robot platform (4) carried on the insulated bucket truck, a first mechanical arm (43), a second mechanical arm (44), an auxiliary mechanical arm (42), a panoramic camera (41), a binocular camera (45), a specialized mechanical arm tool box (47), a first industrial personal computer (48), a storage battery (49), and a communication module (411) mounted on the robot platform. A control room (2) is provided on the insulated bucket truck. A main manipulator (22) and a display (21) are provided in the control room. Data transmission between the control room and the robot platform is performed by means of an optical fiber communication module or a wireless communication module. The surfaces of the mechanical arms are coated with an insulation material or wrapped with a high pressure-resistant epoxy glass cloth. The binocular camera and the panoramic camera are provided with insulated shells. The multilevel insulation protection system can ensure the operation efficiency and automation level of live working and improve the operation safety of live working.
