Abstract:
Disclosed is a multilevel inverter having an energy storage system, comprising multiple topology sub-circuits connected in series, the topology sub-circuits comprising a low-voltage battery and an H bridge circuit. The H bridge circuit is connected to two ends of the low voltage battery. A midpoint of a bridge arm of the H bridge circuit is an output end of the topology sub-circuit, and the multiple topology sub-circuits are sequentially connected in series via the output end thereof. Only one power transistor is used each time as a high-frequency switch so as to reduce power consumption of the system, thereby achieving higher conversion efficiency. Each of the topology sub-circuits operates alternately to reduce overall average working times of the topology sub-circuits, and accordingly to extend the service life of system topology.
