Abstract:
A multimedia data registering system capable of keeping secrets and allowing the public to read the open parts. A multimedia data registering/extracting method comprises a data registering step of dividing multimedia data inputted through a network into an open set of information and a secret set of information and giving classification information corresponding to the contents of the multimedia data to the sets of information and a data extracting step of extracting multimedia information registered at the data registering step in such a way that the secret set of information is extracted on condition that the ID and password corresponding to the secret set of information are inputted.
