Abstract:

A multiphase permanent magnet motor having a leakage reactance adjustable structure. The motor can be a cylindrical rotating motor or a flat linear motor. The air gap side of a stator iron core (1) has a smooth surface, and the other side of the stator iron core (1) is disposed with stator iron core grooves (1-1) along the axial direction. Multiple stator iron core grooves (1-1) are evenly distributed along the surface of the stator. The air gap side of the stator iron core (1) is fixedly disposed with a coil former (3). Distributed evenly along the circumference direction of the coil former (3) are multiple wire grooves (3-3). The multiple wire grooves (3-3) correspond one-to-one to the multiple stator iron core grooves (1-1), the center lines of a wire groove (3-3) and of the corresponding stator iron core groove (1-1) are on the same radius. An active side of a coil of an armature winding is embedded in the wire groove (3-3), and the other active side of the coil is embedded in the stator iron core groove (1-1) corresponding to the wire groove (3-3). The stator iron core grooves (1-1) are open grooves, closed grooves, or semi-open grooves. The motor solves the problem of the existing permanent magnet motor having a groove-less structure being large in volume, complex in processing, high in winding damage, and low in torque density.
