Abstract:
A multiple bar straightening and cutting system in bar steel rolling line, comprising a multiple bar straightening device, an input side guide pinch roller, a multiple running bar cutting device, and a rear tilting table having an output side guide pinch roller, the multiple running bar cutting device further comprising a fixed blade and a movable blade having a plurality of hole shapes suitably matching the cross-sectional shapes of the bar steel and the rear tilting table being tilted in the moving direction of a cutter in synchronous with the movement of the cutter of the multiple running bar cutting device.
