[Problem] To provide a multiple dwelling house interphone system wherein a centralized collective entrance machine or a centralized controller can make a call without storing the numbers of a building and a room to which a callee terminal belongs. [Solution] A multiple dwelling house interphone system comprises: a centralized collective entrance machine 1 for a visitor to call a dweller of an arbitrarily defined building; dwelling master units 3 installed in respective dwellings in order for dwellers to answer a call; and a centralized controller 4 that controls communication between the centralized collective entrance machine 1 and the dwelling master units 3, each of the dwelling master units 3 being provided with an ID storage unit 35 for storing the ID thereof. When the ID of the dwelling master unit 3 is inputted to call a dweller, a centralized collective entrance machine control unit 15 of the centralized collective entrance machine 1 first transmits an ID confirmation request signal to all of the dwelling master units 3, waits for a reply from the corresponding dwelling master unit 3, and sends out a call signal to the dwelling master unit 3 that has returned a reply signal.
