Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a multiple hydraulic wedge rock-splitting device. [Solution] A multiple hydraulic wedge rock-splitting device comprising a plurality of hydraulic wedges 30, 30 attached to an operating arm 11 of an excavator 10 via a horizontal hanger. The horizontal hanger 20 is suspended from the operating arm 11 via a coupler 24 so as to be prevented from being twisted. A pair of hydraulic wedges 30, 30 are suspended from the horizontal hanger 20 via swivels 22 in a rotatable manner about hydraulic wedge axes. In addition, the pair of hydraulic wedges are held with a constant distance therebetween by an anti-collision bar 40 in the vicinity of an operating handle. Thus, both hydraulic wedges 30, 30 can be inserted into adjacent hydraulic wedge holes without colliding with each other, while maintaining the mutual distance, and the hydraulic wedges can be inserted with push-opening directions of wedge liners thereof being controlled to be perpendicular to a free end face and parallel to each other. Thus, according to the present invention, the plurality of hydraulic wedges 30, 30 are used simultaneously, and the wedge liners 31, 31 in adjacent boreholes provided parallel to hydraulic wedge free faces (slits) are pushed and extended simultaneously in a direction perpendicular to a free face of a rock. Accordingly, even when the distance between the adjacent boreholes is more than doubled, a crack can be generated, and construction efficiency can be more than doubled.
