Abstract:
Due to the fact that tying a tie is extremely bothersome there has been a desire for ties that can be quickly changed and can be worn on both sides. Also, ties have been fixed structures, difficult to make out of materials other than fabric. In the disclosed device, either the entire length or one section of a cord (41) is overlapping so that it is at least two ply. The cord (41), wherein either the entire length or one section is at least two ply, can be pulled out almost simultaneously. The pulled cord (41) extends out in opposite directions, enabling a loop (44) to be set to a flexible size, and enabling the easy formation of a loop larger than the object to be passed there through. Furthermore the large loop, created as described above, can easily be changed to a suitable size by use of a reel system with an inbuilt return-prevention mechanism.
