Title:
MULTIPLEXER, HIGH-FREQUENCY FRONT-END CIRCUIT, AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/065670
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
According to the present invention, a first filter (11) of a multiplexer (1) has a ladder filter structure that is configured from a plurality of elastic wave resonators (110). Imaginary lines (L1) obtained by connecting other ends (e2) of a plurality of electrode fingers (322a) of one comb-like electrode (32a) of a pair of comb-like electrodes (32a, 32b) of the resonators (110) intersect a reference line (L0) that is a straight line that runs along an elastic wave propagation direction (D1). When the angle formed between the reference line (L0) and the imaginary line (L1) for a first series resonator (111s) is a first angle of inclination (α1), the angle formed between the reference line (L0) and the imaginary line (L1) for a parallel resonator (111p) is a second angle of inclination (α2), and the angle formed between the reference line (L0) and the imaginary lines (L1) for elastic wave resonators (112s–114s, 113p, 114p) is a third angle of inclination (α3), the first angle of inclination (α1) and/or the second angle of inclination (α2) is/are smaller than the third angle of inclination (α3).
