Abstract:
A multiplexer (1) is provided with: a first filter (10) serving as a reception filter which uses an elastic wave and in which a first frequency band is the pass band; a second filter (20) in which a second frequency band is the pass band; and a third filter (30) in which a third frequency band is the pass band, wherein the first filter (10) has a ladder circuit (100) that includes serial arm resonators (S1-S5) and a plurality of parallel arm circuits (11-14), a parallel arm resonator (Pa) is included in at least one of the parallel arm circuits excluding the parallel arm circuit (11) which is connected at a position closest to a common terminal (m1) among the parallel arm circuits, at least one of frequencies represented by ±M×f1±N×f2 is included in the third frequency band, and the resonance frequency of the parallel arm resonator (Pa) is included in the third frequency band.
