Abstract:
This multipoint contact vacuum switch is a vacuum switch such that two contact parts are disposed in a vacuum vessel facing each other and switching can be performed between the two contact parts, wherein a conductive plate and a plurality of contacts provided in a contact part and metal springs provided such that the contacts are independently movable are provided, and the metal springs are disc spring shaped or a spring having one or more protrusions and forming a plate shape.
