Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multipolar and multiphase DC generator of which load torque is reduced and which can be used in overall industry. The multipolar and multiphase DC generator comprises: a non-metallic rotor (20); a non-metallic stator which has a gap maintained with respect to the outer surface of the rotating radius of the rotator (20); and rectifier units (60). The rotor (20) comprises multiple permanent magnets (26) attached to a rotating shaft (10), the multiple permanent magnets (26) are divided into a plurality of parts with the same height and differing widths, and the permanent magnets are attached at regular intervals on the outer circumference of the rotator. The stator comprises bundles of generation coils (32) which are wound on a plurality of slots as a separate winding. Each of the bundles of generation coils (32) are divided into a plurality of parts, of which the heights are the same and of which the widths are divided into a plurality of parts, and then the divided parts are assembled in a circular pattern having regular intervals on the inner circumference of the stator. The odd number of bundles of generation coils (32), which has the same size as the size divided into a plurality of parts, is additionally inserted. The rectifier units (60) are attached to the stator, wherein the number of rectifier units is the same as the number of the bundles of generation coils (32), and then the bundles of generation coils (32) are connected to the input sides of the rectifier units (60). The magnetic forces of the left side and the right side when bisected by the vertical line are configured to balance out each other, and a bus bar (39) is attached to a bus bar insulator (38) on a stator cover (40) so that the output of the rectifier units (60) is connected to the bus bar (39).
