Abstract:
The invention relates to a multipurpose dry powder of extinguishing agent for class A, B, C and D fires and its production process. The said powder comprises ammonium sulfate 50-80 %, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate 5-30 %, sodium chloride 5-20 %, mica powder 1.5-3 %, active clay 1.5-3 %, the permeating promoter of alkali metal salts of sulfuric acid 2.5-5 %, water repellent silica powder 1.5-3 %, hydrophobic white carbon 1.5-4 % and organosilicone oil 0.2-0.5 %, wherein the sum of all components is 100 % and all the percents herein are weight percents. The process for producing the dry powder of extinguishing agent according to the invention is simple, the raw materials used are readily available with a lower cost and has no pollution to the environment. The dry powder integrates the powder for class A, B and C fires, the powder for class B and C fires with the powder for class B, C and D fires and can extinguish class A, B, C and D fires as well as electrical fires, with a higher extinguishing speed and a higher efficiency, which can be restored for a long time with being efficient and no corrosion.
