[Problem] The present invention provides a structurally simple multipurpose gas dissolution device for efficiently dissolving carbon dioxide gas in aqueous sodium hypochlorite or hot water to artificially create a carbonated spring. [Solution] This multipurpose gas dissolution device comprises: an upper connection pipe (3) provided with a screw part (1) at a distal end and having a concentric fitting tube (2) provided with a flow passage on the inside thereof; a lower connection pipe (6) provided with a screw part (4) at a lower end and having a concentric double pipe (5) provided with a flow passage on the inside thereof; a straight cylindrical outer pipe (7) connected with and fitted inside the upper connection pipe (3) and the lower connection pipe (6); and a container-shaped inner pipe (11) built into the outer pipe (7) and provided with a small-diameter inner pipe (8) fitted in the fitting tube (2) of the upper connection pipe (3), as well as with a large-diameter inner pipe (10) connected to the small-diameter inner pipe (8) and integrally formed therewith with a taper surface (9) interposed therebetween.
