| CLAIMS 1. A multisensory kit for personal use, comprising a container box (100) that is internally divided, by means of dividing walls (101), into at least five dedicated compartments (200), each of which associated with each specific sense that can be stimulated in the users and wherein said dedicated compartments (200) are specifically represented by the hearing compartment (201), by the visual compartment (202), by the smell compartment (203), by the taste compartment (204) and by the touch compartment (205). 2. A multisensory kit according to claim 1, characterized in that each of the aforesaid five dedicated compartments (200) contains, associated by type, at least one related sensory object for personal use capable of activating one of the five senses of the users, i.e. the sensory object referable to the hearing sense (301), the sensory object referable to the visual sense (302), the sensory object referable to the smell sense (303), the sensory object referable to the taste sense (304) and the sensory object referable to the touch sense (305). 3. A multisensory kit according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that each of the sensory objects for personal use is comprised in one of the five sensory types, as specified below: - type of sensory objects referable to the hearing sense (301) comprising at least one of the following objects: ear plugs, compact disk, USB flash drive or MP3 player containing erotic stories or explicitly sexual stories told with multisensory speech, with background sounds and music consistent with the setting atmosphere, bags containing scripts with dialogues characterized by multisensoriality to be read and acted out together, compact disk, USB flash drive or MP3 player containing erotic setting sounds and music; - type of sensory objects referable to the visual sense (302) comprising at least one of the following objects: pair of six-face dice with, impressed on each face, erogenous zones or actions to carry out on the erogenous zone indicated by the other die, or single six-face die with sexual positions impressed thereon that are to be carried out with the partner, two packs of cards with, impressed on each face, erogenous zones or actions to carry out on the erogenous zone indicated by the other pack of cards or a single pack of cards with sexual positions impressed thereon that are to be carried out with the partner, compact disk, USB flash drive or MP3 player containing photographs or brief films with erotic content or that are explicitly sexual, very sexy women's or men's underwear garments made of cloth or latex with colors possibly chromatically coordinated with those of the container box, nylon, silk or lace stockings, stocking suspenders, garters, nipple covers, collars, cuffs, book or book sections with sexual positions such as Kamasutra, eye or face mask, silk, lace, satin, latex or vinyl lingerie, wigs, leather glasses, blindfolds, hats, collars and leashes, striptease cards; - type of sensory objects referable to the smell sense (303) comprising at least one of the following objects: dispenser of aromas and perfumes with essences included, bottle containing perfume or essences, scented or aromatized oil or cream for massage, bath essence, scented candles of conventional shape or with explicit sexual shapes, scented candles for massage, scented and colored sprays for the body; - type of sensory objects referable to the taste sense (304) comprising at least one of the following objects: package of edible cream to be spread and tasted/enjoyed on the body of the partner, aromatized condoms with fruit, cream or mint flavor, candies or chocolates with erotic shape, edible underwear garment, love container, lipsticks with aphrodisiac flavors, pleasure games, gags and bits, edible powders for the body with puff, body paint in chocolate or other fragrances with brush, double lollipop, body stamps with edible inks, bits; - type of sensory objects referable to the touch sense (305) comprising at least one of the following objects: vaginal vibrator, vibrating rings, clitoris or G-spot stimulators, anovaginal balls, whip, flogger or spanker of variable shape and size, condoms with stimulating reliefs and veining, body massage vibrators, massage oil with hot/cold effect, stimulating oil for man or woman, cloth or latex pair of gloves, handcuffs or containing cuffs of various material and shape, nipple constrictors, constriction cords and strips, scented candles for massage, brushes and puffs for body caresses, goat's eye, latex sheaths, rosebuds, dildos made of silicon or another material with variable shape and size, double dildo, belt dildo, vibramasseur made of silicon or another material of variable size and shape, geisha balls of variable size and shape, tongue joy, Chinese fingers, lashes, cock rings, ball stretchers, different-size paddles, whips, nipple pinchers. 4. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the container box (100) is provided with a cover (150). 5. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the container box (100) is heart-shaped and is made with translucent plastic polymer material of red color having a finish marked by a white ostrich feather/boa decoration, or in that the container box (100) is heart-shaped and is made with plastic polymer material of fuchsia color having a finish marked by a black ostrich feather/boa decoration, or in that the container box (100) is heart-shaped and is made with plastic polymer material of purple color having a finish marked by a fuchsia ostrich feather/boa decoration. 6. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the materials composing the container box (100) comprise those of metal type and/or polymers of natural or synthetic type and/or those based on natural or synthetic fibers, in that said materials can comprise those having galvanized exterior finishing and/or having colored exterior finishing and/or having plasticized exterior finishing and/or covered by cloth, wood, feathers or animal skins, in that said materials can comprise those of translucent type and/or variously opacified and finally in that said materials can partially or totally comprise those of precious type. 7. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the size of the container box (100) can be expressed and summarized overall, with regard to the width, in the range of 10 cm - 30 cm and more preferably is 20 cm, with regard to the height in the range of 5 cm - 15 cm and more preferably is 10 cm and finally with regard to the depth in the range of 12 cm - 39 cm and more preferably is 20 cm. 8. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the container box (100) has various shapes, materials and coloring comprising, in addition to all geometric forms, also the heart shape, the flower shape, the star shape and the sperm shape of the poker cards. 9. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the container box (100), lacking the dividing walls (101), preserves the at least five sensory objects for personal use therein, in a single set. 10. A multisensory kit according to the preceding claims, characterized in that each of the sensory objects for personal use is capable of separately or simultaneously activating the five senses of the users. |
Field of the art
The present patent application generally refers to the field of multisensory kits for personal use and more particularly regards a container comprising an assortment of objects capable of separately or simultaneously engaging and stimulating the five senses. The invention is applicable to any field where one such kit type can be advantageously used, but preferably it regards the field of erotic objects for personal use.
Prior art
As stated by the majority of sexologists, the erotic-sexual experience cannot simply become a "task" that is undertaken regularly (or less so) by a typical couple of any sex and age, since the couple could be prone to developing routine, monotonous attitudes. Male and female sexual behavior must be comprised in a wider vision of "pleasure": sexual activity must lead to personal satisfaction, with the obtainment of orgasmic pleasure, and must be mainly seen under a playful perspective. Playing, the improvisation of fanciful behaviors, giving space to one's own sensations, desires and needs, can and must represent a new way to experience erotic-sexual activity.
Up to now, the sexual objects for personal use have been presented and sold separately or with random combinations, connected with marketing promotions and sales offers proposed by manufacturing companies or obtained with consumer-requested combinations. Therefore, in the great majority of situations, the selling, in particular for hard-core products, takes place in specialized sales settings such as the sex -paraphernalia shops, vending machines, Internet websites and specialized web banners. Moreover, this has often been perceived by the public as a deviant psychosexual behavior, quite close to perversion. Recently, however, sales initiatives have been flourishing that express a vision of sexuality that distances itself from pornography and perversion. They have come to assume a more playful dimension, as seen in lingerie and sex toy stores, on-line sales websites dedicated to burlesque and erotic accessories, and large retail stores carrying products for explicit sexual use.
In the process of distinguishing the freedom of sexual expression from the world of pornography and "perversion", there arises the object of the present invention which generally proposes an innovative kit of objects for personal use, to be used for intimate and sexual purposes, welcoming and enhancing the playful and pleasurable dimension of sharing sensations, fantasies and emotions with one's partner. More specifically, the object of the present invention arises from the combination of the objects for personal use, with the consequential multisensory and mutual stimulation of the partners. The absolutely innovative feature of the invention is represented by the guiding thread which binds together the inventive objects (specifically called sensory objects for personal use) composing the kit for the multisensory perception of the users. For such purpose, each combination of the aforesaid sensory objects for personal use inside the kit will stimulate the five senses, thus creating the possibility to stimulate each of the five sensory accesses and trigger a magical association of fantasies, sensations and erotic emotions. In particular, the sensory objects for personal use contained in the kit, packaged in an appealing yet discrete manner, will be used to stimulate hearing, smelling, touch, taste and sight.
Description of the invention
The innovative concept underlying the present invention consists of providing for an innovative kit comprising sensory objects for personal use, capable of improving sexuality, enhancing enjoyability and pleasure by means of the simultaneous and mutual multisensory stimulation of the partners.
More specifically, where the present invention refers to sensory objects of personal use, it is provided that these represent erotic objects for personal use adapted to sexually stimulate each of the five senses (hearing, smell, touch, taste and sight) and to simultaneously create intense and multiple sensory experiences in the users. The present invention, by means of the simultaneous and mutual multisensory stimulation of the partners, will achieve sexual improvement by enhancing enjoyability and pleasure. Therefore, forming the specific object of the present invention is a multisensory kit for personal use characterized in that it comprises:
- a container box of variable shape and size, possibly equipped with a suitable cover;
- sensory objects for personal use that can be varied on the basis of the intended user type, but in any case each regard the stimulation of a different sense of the users themselves. More specifically, the invention will allow at least three access levels, marked by soft, hard and transgressive level, based on the possibility to combine the sensory objects for personal use contained inside each container box of the inventive kit in a very high number of variants, nevertheless maintaining as indispensable feature the capacity of the same objects to simultaneously stimulate all the sensory accesses for personal use. The embodiment of the present invention provides that at least five separate sensory objects for personal use, i.e. one for each sense, are packaged inside the aforesaid container box.
The present inventive kit is also characterized by the presence of different container box types, for which various shapes, materials and colors can be used; as an example and non- limiting of the present invention, they can comprise, in addition to all geometric forms, also the heart shape, the flower shape, the star shape and the sperm shape of the poker cards.
With regard to the materials constituting said multisensory kit for personal use, and specifically those related to the aforesaid container box, they could be selected by the man skilled in the art so as to satisfy the technical characteristics in this particular field, including solidity, strength and lightness. Said materials can comprise those of metal type and/or polymers of natural or synthetic type and/or those based on natural or synthetic fibers. In addition, said materials can comprise those having galvanized exterior finishing and/or having colored exterior finishing and/or having plasticized exterior finishing and/or covered by cloth, wood, feathers or animal skins.
A further embodiment of the present invention provides that said box is composed of translucent material or variously opacified material capable of variably showing the content. Nevertheless, one embodiment of the present invention, more challenging from an economical standpoint and thus directed at a more exclusive clientele, provides for partially or totally achieving said invention with precious materials.
With regard to the size of said inventive multisensory kit for personal use, it should be noted that this is merely indicative and non-limiting of the invention, since the constituent technical characteristics of the inventive multisensory kit render it adaptable to the specific intended clientele and to the type of sensory objects for personal use held therein.
Nevertheless, the size of said inventive multisensory kit for personal use and more specifically of the constituent container box can be approximately expressed and summarized overall, with regard to the width, in the range of 10 cm - 30 cm and more preferably is 20 cm, with regard to the height in the range of 5 cm - 15 cm and more preferably is 10 cm and finally with regard to the depth in the range of 12 cm - 39 cm and more preferably is 20 cm.
The present invention as conceived, i.e. a combination of erotic objects for personal use adapted for sexually stimulating each of the five senses and for having the users experience intense and multiple sensory experiences, represents a product designed for sale as a gift, as a furnishing object, as a travel companion and as an indispensable instrument in the life of a couple.
It should also be noted that the particular versatile type of the inventive kit constituents, i.e. the possibility to actuate different combinations of the erotic objects with the container box without departing from the field of application of the invention itself, allows the present invention to be directed towards a wide spectrum of users, that is said inventive kit is mainly aimed to any couple type of any sex and age.
A further objective is that of proposing a multisensory kit for personal use that can be made on an industrial scale, whose components are of standard type and easily found on the market, and whose production is fully sustainable from an economical and environmental standpoint.
From that stated above, it clearly results that the present inventive concept is adaptable for the needs of every single case and that therefore different modifications can be made to the previous description without departing from its protective scope.

As previously stated, it is opportune to confirm that the contours, shapes and areas of the inventive container box shown in the aforesaid Figures must not be considered limiting of the invention, since this is preferably aimed towards any type, size, diameter, color, translucence and shape so long as it does not depart from the intrinsic concept of multisensory kit for personal use.
Description of the preferred embodiments of the invention
The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the Figures and to the preferred embodiments shown therein, where identical reference numbers were used for the same components.
With reference to Fig. 1 , this shows a multisensory kit for personal use comprising a container box 100, provided with the possible cover 150, internally divided by means of the dividing walls 101, into at least five dedicated compartments 200, each of which associated with each specific sense that can be stimulated in the users and wherein (Figs. 2- 3) said dedicated compartments 200 are specifically represented by the hearing compartment 201, by the visual compartment 202, by the smell compartment 203, by the taste compartment 204 and by the touch compartment 205. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, each of the aforesaid five dedicated compartments 200 contains, associated by type, at least one related sensory object for personal use capable of activating one of the five senses of the users, i.e. the sensory object referable to the hearing sense 301, the sensory object referable to the visual sense 302, the sensory object referable to the smell sense 303, the sensory object referable to the taste sense 304 and the sensory object referable to the touch sense 305. A further preferred embodiment of the present invention, intended for a market type marked by a medium erotic level for the access to pleasure, is characterized by a heart- shaped container box 100 made with translucent plastic polymer material of fuchsia color and having a finish marked by black ostrich feather/boa decoration. Still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, intended for a market type marked by a high erotic level for the access to pleasure, is characterized by a heart-shaped container box 100 made with translucent plastic polymer material of purple color and having a finish marked by a fuchsia ostrich feather/boa decoration.
The present invention provides for further alternative embodiments corresponding with several variants of its structure and shape of its components. One alternative embodiment of the present invention indeed provides that the container box 100 lacks dividing walls 101 and that it therefore keeps the at least five sensory objects for personal use therein, in a single set.
From that stated above, it is clear that the inventive concept is adaptable for the particular needs of every single case, and that therefore different modifications can be made to the preceding description without departing from its protective scope.
