Abstract:
A two-stage compressor, comprising a first bore in charge of primary compression and a second bore in charge of second compression, wherein a first piston is stored in the first bore and a second piston is stored in the second bore, a first piston ring is installed on the first piston and a second piston ring is installed on the second piston, and the inner diameters of both bores, outer diameters of both pistons, and outer diameters of both piston rings are equal to each other, respectively, whereby both bores can be formed easily, the pistons and piston rings can be manufactured easily because only one type of these pistons and piston rings need be manufactured, and thus the manufacture of the compressor is facilitated and a production cost is reduced.
