Abstract:
Provided is a multistage Doherty power amplifier apparatus. The apparatus comprises a power divider, an adjustable matching circuit, a power amplifier module and a combiner, wherein the power divider divides a received input signal into two paths of input signals, two paths of output signals are output by means of the adjustable matching circuit and the power amplifier module, and the two paths of output signals are combined by means of the combiner to form an output signal that meets a target performance parameter; and the adjustable matching circuit is configured to adjust each path of input signals by means of adjusting the impedance and the electrical length characteristic of the adjustable matching circuit itself.
