Abstract:
A multistage induction type continuous flow magnetoelectric processing apparatus and application thereof. The processing apparatus comprises: multiple stages of induction units, wherein each stage of induction unit comprises a closed iron core (103), a primary coil (104) wound on one side of the closed iron core, and a second coil wound on the other side of the closed iron core and provided in an induced voltage cavity (200), the secondary coil comprising an insulating tube for the flow of a liquid material, both ends of the insulating tube being exposed from the induced voltage cavity and respectively serving as a feed port and a discharge port; a high-frequency power supply (101) connected in parallel with the primary coils in the multiple stages of induction units to provide excitation voltage for the primary coils; and a liquid material container (108) connected in series with the insulating tubes in the multiple stages of induction units to form a liquid material circulation loop. The apparatus has adequate operating conditions, can avoid ionic polarization and electrochemical reactions because no electrode or pole plate directly contacts the liquid material, and meanwhile has the advantages of high efficiency and high speed by performing multistage continuous processing on the liquid material in flowing fashion.
