Abstract:
A multistage temperature-variable rapid rice-cooking device and preparation thereof. The device comprises cooking system (1), drying system (2) and transfer system (3). The said cooking system (1) includes box (101), partition system (102), multistage cooking room (103), transmission system (104), sealed system (105), feed-in system(106), feed-out system (107), microwave cooking system (108) and adding system (109). The said drying system (2) includes housing (201), partition layer (202), multistage temperature-variable constant-humidity drying room (203), transmission system (204), partition door (205), inlet (206), outlet (207), vertical transmission system (208) and microwave system (209). The said transfer system (3) is transfer belt connecting cooking system (1) with drying system (2).
