Abstract:
Disclosed is innerwear that when worn on the body, promotes sufficient muscle contraction activity for specific muscles, improves fat-burning efficiency and physical capability by effectively strengthening muscles, and supplements muscle strength when muscular strength has been decreased due to a sprain, a bone fracture, or the like. The muscle contraction-promoting innerwear has a low stretch region (13) that is formed with a stronger stretching force than a main body region (12). The low stretch region (13) is formed with lattice shapes that are partitioned at prescribed intervals in regions that correspond to muscles for which the promotion of sufficient muscle contraction activity when worn is desired, and the muscle contraction activity is compartmentalized for each lattice-shaped partition due to a tightening force generated by the low stretch region (13), and the respective muscle contraction activity occurs within the range of the compartmentalized partitions.
